BSLYR ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

Data we collect

Order data: name, email, shipping address, phone, payment method (collected via Stripe — we don't store card numbers)
Survey data: "How did you hear about us?" responses (anonymous, used to attribute traffic source)
Browsing data: page views, IP address, browser type — used for ad performance measurement
Email communication: messages you send to [email protected]

How we use your data

To process and fulfill your order
To send order confirmations and shipping updates
To respond to customer support requests
To measure ad campaign performance and improve our marketing

Who we share data with

We share data only with the third-party processors required to run BSLYR:

Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery
Cloudflare — site hosting, DNS, email forwarding
Meta (Facebook) — ad performance measurement (hashed identifiers only)
Our manufacturing partner — order fulfillment (your shipping address only)

We do not sell your data. Ever.

Cookies + tracking

We use Meta Pixel and standard analytics cookies to measure ad performance. You can disable tracking in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for retargeting outside Meta.

Your rights

If you live in California (CCPA), the EU (GDPR), or another jurisdiction with privacy rights:

You can request a copy of your data — email [email protected]
You can request deletion of your data — email us, we'll process within 30 days
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time

Data retention

We retain order data for 7 years (for tax and chargeback dispute purposes). Marketing data is retained for 2 years or until you opt out, whichever is sooner.

Security

Payment data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers. All other data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (Cloudflare KV, encrypted disk). We follow industry-standard security practices.
