Orders + payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes (calculated at checkout based on your shipping address).

Shipping + delivery

Orders ship from our manufacturing partner. Standard delivery is 7–15 business days. Tracking activates 48–72 hours after order. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier disruptions outside our control.

Product warranty

BSLYR products are warranted free from manufacturing defects for 60 days from delivery. If your product has a manufacturing defect, email [email protected] with a photo. Normal wear, misuse, and damage from improper care are not covered.

Use of the site

You agree to use bslyr.com lawfully and not to interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users' access.

Intellectual property

All content on bslyr.com — including the BSLYR name, wordmark, designs, photographs, and copy — is owned by BSLYR. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

BSLYR's liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disputes

We try to resolve all customer issues directly via [email protected]. If a dispute can't be resolved, it will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state where BSLYR is registered, and resolved through binding arbitration.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
