Shipping

Free standard shipping on every BSLYR order. No minimum purchase required.

BSLYR currently ships within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations.

Standard delivery: 5–11 business days from order date.

Orders are dispatched from our manufacturing partner within 48–72 hours of placement. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Tracking activates 48–72 hours after dispatch. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If tracking doesn’t show updates for more than 5 business days, email hello@bslyr.com with your order number — we’ll investigate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your order is delayed beyond 20 business days, contact us — we’ll work with the carrier to locate it.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@bslyr.com within 7 days of expected delivery (or actual delivery for damage). We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot redirect it. If a package is returned to the manufacturer due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship at the customer’s cost or issue a refund (less return shipping).
